Right. This discussion flip-flopped in a weird way, because now you're
complaining about blocker behavior that's quite different than what Ian
was complaining about. He was complaining that now it's too hard to get
merge requests -- you're complaining that it's too hard *not* to get them.

The latter problem is most certainly solved.
