Reviewboard isn't SVN. That's completely unrelated here, because Reviewboard
can work with Git too.
What I don't understand is how we consider a showstopper to not have a feature
we currently don't have either way. Just don't turn on the feature of sending
merge request notifications by email and we'll have the same situation as we
have with SVN.
