Great idea. In fact I thing it would be easy to implement since "session" 
concept already exists in KDE:
  ~/.kde/share/config/sessions
so files like them could be used.

Anyway, instead of adding a new window button (too much probrably) it could 
appear as avanced option when right click over window title.
