Um, no, because the page on quality.k.o is about both stable and unstable 
(i.e. 3.5 and nonexistent) and trunk -- although the terminology is 
confusing. How about you import the KDE3 tutorial at 
http://developer.kde.org/build/stable.html into techbase, though? Then 
re-pointing to either version makes more sense.

I'm going to assume that the SVN guide from quality is somewhere on techbase 
as well: can you give me a URL?
