OK, I will change the summary in the bug report.

Yes, I am using the default left click action.  Actually, I would have
to be using the default since there doesn't seem to be any way to change
it with File Associations

I do not know what the cause is.  All that I know is that the test case
causes a crash each and every time on my system running yesterdays SVN 
of KDE-3.4 BRANCH.

Perhaps it would be better if you were to try the test case on your
build of KDE-3.4.1. and see if it causes Konqueror to crash before 
changing the status of the bug to unconfirmed.
