Hi everyone. I've been thinking about starting to contribute to the kde
project for some time now, and have at last decided to take the plunge
and offer myself :)

I am a programmer and know c++, although I haven't coded anything in it
for quite a while so I'm pretty rusty at the mo. Anyway, I've been
following bug 94918 (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94918) for a
while since I seem to be one of the unlucky ones who's affected, and
thought why not look in to the issue myself.

Apart from this, maybe someone could suggest an area that might be
particularly in need of extra support at the moment? I appreciate that
I'm going to have to take some time to familiarize myself with the code
etc, and I'm actually quite eager to do that.

So any info/advice/suggestions on what I should do next would be great -
for example, I presume my first step would be to get a current cvs
version going on my system?

Looking forward to helping!
Rich
