let's improve kde

I read very good article on kde bug reporting at http://dot.kde.org/1109112982/.
I am avid user of KDE. I want to see KDE as world class Desktop environment. I
have posted few bug reports but I am not sure whether it reached to developers
and helped them. Please provide me guideline on how to help KDE for quality
testing.
