What's RT?

We need something very similar for sysadmin@ itself btw, to number every request
and have a way to see a list of unhandled requests. I downloaded "frontdesk" from
some gnu webpage, but didn't get around setting it up for testing yet. It sounds
like it would solve the problem. RT sounds like another similar solution?
