quality sub folder on kdenonbeta module

Hi,

Some people who are working in the same document (KOrganizer and Ramon come to 
my mind :) are asking for a space to share their work and do some peer 
review. To answer this demand, after consulting the kde-doc-english list and 
the KDE sysadmin, the quality sub folder on kdenonbeta module on KDE CVS was 
created. The objective is to allow sharing uncompleted work, for those 
projects with more than one contributor working on it.

If you want access, please e-mail *me* (not sysadmin) stating what do you plan 
to do. For granting an cvs account, some additional information is needed: 
- real name
- preferred login if any
- e-mail address
- an encrypted password or ssh key, see:
