Patch for KDat

Hi all,

This patch changes KDat to use KStdGuiItems instead of plain QPushButtons 
where appropriate.

Can someone with CVS access please apply?

What I'd like to work on next is changing the the tree view to use KListView 
instead of the custom tree view widget.

I'd also like to change the dialogs and main window to be .ui files instead 
for easier changes to the UI.

Any advice on either of the above two items would be appreciated.
