KDE Quality action: looking to the future

The files are currently on the i18n.kde.org CVS server, in 
www/doc/doc-primer . If you're able to help, that would be much 
appreciated :-). I have the outline there already, and I'm working through 
writing it in order, so feel free to commit changes anywhere. If you're 
familiar with Kate's XML mode (or Quanta's), you might like to write that 
section. That would be very helpful, as I don't use Kate for DocBook, so I 
don't know how it works.

Ah, that's a nice guide. I wish I'd seen it before I wrote the CVS 
section :-). Well, it seems that your guide is more substantial than mine, 
and covers Cervisia, so I might slightly reduce the amount I've written about 
CVS, and I'll definitely link to your guide.

Great, thanks! Some ideas of things that should be done:
o Read over what I've written and see what I've missed out,
o Take a look at the outline and see if it could be improved,
o Fill in any gaps (look at the comments),

Of course, you're not obliged to do any of those - if you think of anything 
else, feel free to do it instead.
