Troubles compiling kdebase from CVS

Hi there!

I'm a newbie here and not very proficient in english
so please bear with
me :-)

I've just dowloaded KDE from CVS and trying to install
it EXACTLY as is
explained in
+http://quality.kde.org/develop/cvsguide/buildstep.php.

I succesfully compiled QT, arts and kdelibs (i hope)
but i have the
following error at kdebase:

/usr/bin/meinproc --check --cache index.cache.bz2
/home/kdedev/src/kde/kdebase/d
index.docbook:26: error: failed to load external
entity "dtd/kdex.dtd"

I found kdex.dtd in
'/src/kde/kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/dtd/kdex.dtd',
i don't know if
i should find it somewhere else.
