It is not clear what you actually intend to use this capability for. Some 
examples of what this would allow (that can't be done now) would probably 
help. Ob Buzzword: use-case.

Don't make your code security critical. Find a way to offload the problem 
(like ssh, although you just increased the DCOP "weight" a lot). SASL is a 
widely accepted (if badly documented) authentication mechanism that might 
help if you only need authentication. We have SASL support in kdelibs.Finding 
a way to make it work with D-BUS would probably help. Interoperability is a 
fine thing. All of this is moot if you only have a solution in search of a 
problem though, so you need to come up with a good problem statement.
