using user defined printers

Hi there. I am using kdeprinter as final wrapper for printer select, 
before print request proceed to queue. But i have a trouble. My system 
based on sunray server technology (terminal system) with many connected 
users. As result, i have many printers attached to system. That printers 
filtered by generating users .printers file for each user. So, every 
user view only own printers (in his location for example). But 
kdeprinter ignoring .printers file and show all available printers in 
system. I cannot setup printer list for every user, because it is not a 
static. Is anyway to force kdeprinter running using all other programms 
(lpstat, citrix client) and not ignore printer control file?
