Patches for kjobviewer

Hi!
I wonder if it would be ok to apply these patches to kmjobviewer and 
kjobviewer.
They do the following:
* Moves the 'Keep window permanently' to the Settings menu.
* Changes the 'Max.:' label in the statusbar to 'Maximum number of jobs 
shown:'.
* Sets the currently selected printer as checked in the printer selection menu
