Openoffice.org & kprinter: lose first page when printing 2 pages per sheet

It is the second option: not shifted, but missing

No, when just printing the pages through kprinter, everything goes well.

When I select as the printer the special 'Print to File (Postscript)' 
the resulting postscript file is correct (i.e. all pages present).
