It's simply because acroread start kprinter as a child process and
captures its stdout. Anything written by kprinter to stdout is then
reflected back by acroread in a message dialog. What you see are
simply KDE debug messages. Debug messages can be (partially)
controlled using the utility kdebug. See also $KDEDIR/share/config/kdebugrc.
