Because kprinter is "smart" enough to detect that your text file is
not a PS file and automatically convert it to PS using enscript
(default text->PS filter). This gives you the 2 first lines: output
from enscript execution. The third one is present like in other cases
but is unrelated to the first 2 lines.

Note: you can safely ignore this warning.

Edit ~/.kde/share/config/kdebugrc (or copy it from
$KDEDIR/share/config/kdebugrc) and add/change:

WarnOutput=4
