webfax and kprinter: update

Your previous message didn't go into kde-print because of the
excessive size (> 150 kB). If you want it to appear on the mailing
list, please compress your PS file and resend it (message size
limit is 40 kB). I won't release the current message to avoid
annoyance for people using modem connection, please do not see
anything personal.

Now about using kmail, I'd say that you don't *need* to use
kmail, any SMTP client can be used. Why couldn't you use some
lightweight mail client? (moreover I don't now if you can use
kmail from the command-line to send a mail directly, look at
kmail possible arguments)
