KDE PIM SPRINT 2020 TOULOUSE

I agree, it seems likely we'll have travel lockdowns like in Italy by that 
time in at least some of the countries people come from, travel through or 
travel to.

As much as it pains me given the cake in Toulouse, I think postponing is the 
right move at this point.
