KDE PIM SPRINT 2020 TOULOUSE

The situation so far is super tense, and in two weeks from now it can only
get worst, it's possible that french borders would not even allow
foreigners to go through.
Maybe even within France we might not be able to move around as it's the
case right now in Italy.

It might be wise indeed to postpone the Sprint or it might end up with 2/3
ppl being able to attend, let's save our energy for a better opportunity
I'd say.

If you strongly disagree or want to advocate to keep the event up, feel
free to do so :)
