[Kde-pim] Akonadi-next and KAccounts

Things are now moreless splited away, kaccounts-integration now
requires only 9 dependencies compared to 20 one month ago.

Furthermore it now contains only the stuff that is actually needed
which is:
 * libkaccounts
 * KAccounts KCM
 * KAccounts KDED module
 * declarative import

The code for kio-webdav is still present but not built and not being
loaded in the daemon by default. I'll probably just remove it as
there is no use for it at the moment.
