[Kde-pim] Can't get akonadi to start with PostgreSQL

I'd rather use PostgreSQL as I use it otherwise in other projects and
have no other use for MySQL. But when I try to do it, I get an error.

My best guess is that I need to either give my user permission to do
something with postgres or tell akonadi to use the postgres user or
something.

I would appreciate some help making this work.
