[Kde-pim] Error configuring akonadi from master

cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug ..
CMake Error at kabc/CMakeLists.txt:14 (kde4_add_library):
  Unknown CMake command "kde4_add_library".


I have been building it successfully for montsh and I do have kdelibs5-dev 
installed.

using master, clean build and git reset --hard HEAD
