[Kde-pim] When is is that kmail will start moving spam to trash again?

A bit embarrasing, I think it may be a result of my filters having been messed
up (though that not by me) - after waiting for a few minutes for the filter
dialog to show (nepomuk issue #324802587036835), I could see that the
destination folder had been dropped.

I am not aware of having done anything that would cause that, but I do often
end up fighting with kmail, because it have so many issues :(

I think it would be good if there could be a warning when that happens, a
filter move to folder missing a destination! It could replace some of the
many, many messages we had that did not make sense... (Hey, have those gone?
Too early for me to feel safe yet, but I don't think I have seen any since the
update :D)

However, now at least spam is moved when filters are applied.

So thank you very much for fixing! One small step... ;)
