[Kde-pim] kmail2 and indexing

Hi, I'm new on the list and have a question about indexing in kmail2.

My new system:
opensuse 12.2 x86_64
kde 4.9.3 rel. 520
CPU I7, RAM 32GB

I have my <home-dir> the 2nd Times completely recreated.
After import the mail archive does searching for content are not reliable.
It can not be found all messages.

How can I get a directory completely re-index? ( >10k mails)
Update folder is not successful!
I've already marked all mails as unread and then again marked as read,
but some emails are missing in the search.

:~> akonadictl status
Akonadi Control: running
Akonadi Server: running
Akonadi Server Search Support: available (backend: Virtuoso)

I can't find errors in the log files!

Please help.
