[Kde-pim] icloud address book/calendar as resource

Dear all,

I would like to access my data on the apple icloud to sync with apple devices.

I successfully managed to add a calendar resource, which works well, no issues 
found so far.

However, I didn't succeed adding the address book as a resource. Before filing 
a bug report, I was just wondering whether someone tried that successfully and 
I'm missing something.
