Hi to all, I read now this email. I move all my emails system to google in 
this week...so sorry for the late...

I am not the developer, I am the fedora package maintainer of akonadi-
google.

In fedora I push a new version of akonadi-google develop by     Dan Vrátil 
some days ago. I currently use it with Fedora 16 64 bit and this package:

$ rpm -q kdepim akonadi-google-calendar akonadi-google-contacts
kdepim-4.8.1-4.fc16.x86_64
akonadi-google-calendar-0.3-1.20120402git3e0a93e.fc16.x86_64
akonadi-google-contacts-0.3-1.20120402git3e0a93e.fc16.x86_64

If you want to give me some feedback about fedora package you could submit 
a bug on redhat bugzilla, otherwise you can view the official project 
repository website to submit bug directly to developer:
