[Kde-pim] [SoK] Implementing the GSoC idea in Summer of KDE

Dear Sir,

It was disheartening to know that my proposal [Integration of HTML editing
and HTML mail forwarding capabilities in KMail] was not selected in the
Google Summer of Code 2012. I browsed through the accepted projects and was
unable to find my project up there so I would like to implement the same,
as a part of the Summer of KDE 2012. Anyone willing to mentor on this
project?
