MSDN says that means that exchange thinks its invalid ICAL.

If you can't see the problem given a reasonable search through that doc, I'd 
post the query at 
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/os_exchangeprotocols/threads
and see what the MS guys say the problem is.
