[Kde-pim] Item serializer for application/x-vnd.akonadi.calendar.event not found

Hi,

a user of the Facebook resource and I myself have a problem that the Facebook 
resource crashes as soon as it tries to sync events.
The trouble is that the serializer for KCalCore::Event::mimeType() can't be 
found, instead the DefaultItemSerializerPlugin is used, which eventually leads 
to an exception that is thrown in Akonadi::Item::payloadImpl: 
"Akonadi::PayloadException: Wrong payload type (requested: sp(0)<QByteArray>; 
present: sp(2)<KCalCore::Incidence*>"

I personally only get this when trying to use the resource with KDEPIM 4.4.10, 
with master it works fine.
