Done. There is only one place at kmailrc section [General] the line
folders[$e]=$HOME/.kde4/share/apps/kmail/mail

I tar"ed" the files (about 20000) to the new .kde firectory.
Start the kmail-migrator. It works ... and stay without ending at

A start (after that) of kmail --nofork begun with a new migration...
