I suggest then to do a Release Candidate alongside SC 4.6.3 with 2 weeks of translation 
period which would fit KDE's policy to focus on translations during RC phase.
Not releasing Kontact alongside a SC maintenance update makes it clear that Kontact 4.6 is 
not part of SC which Scott from Promo likes to see in order to avoid confusion.
