[Kde-pim] Where is KDEPIM apidoc?

I am really not the most knowledgable person for this (searching), but I think 
you can use the base search job (Akonadi::ItemSearchJob) and build your own 
query using the Nepomuk Query API [1], [2].

Unfortunately I have no idea if or where the Vocabulary namespaces are 
documented, you would probably have to look at the code for that.
