The URL of the API of the lastest release is very similar:
http://api.kde.org/4.5-api/kdepimlibs-apidocs/
I tend to use the one for trunk and watch our for "since 4.6" tags when doing
4.5 stuff.
Mostly because the classmapper uses that version, i.e. when you type
kde:classname
into krunner or konqueror's URL field.
