[Kde-pim] incidenceeditor-ng/editorfreebusy

Howdy,

I can't see that anything uses EditorFreeBusy from incidenceeditor-ng.

Can I remove it?  It is causing me some headaches because it has
its own FreeBusyItem class that interferes with freebusyitem.cpp

In the meantime, I'll probably comment it out of the CMakeList.txt file.
