I appreciate the initiative to think about the branding. It's important to get
this straight for being able to make Kontact more visible.

I like "Kontact Touch". That seems to better capture the essence of what it is
about than "Kontact Mobile" and it also sounds more catchy.
I don't like "Kontact HD". That sounds like an iPad application, which it
definitely isn't. It's also debatable if the screen resolution is of so much
significance, as you would also use the touch variant on various high-
resolution displays.

I agree that Kontact is our strong user-facing brand, and we should continue
to use this. I would argue that we actually should hide the technology from
end users of the application. For users the technology doesn't matter, and if
it matters that's a problem on our side. The users care about being able to
accomplish the stuff they want to do, not how it's done in the background. The
user should not see Akonadi etc. in any other way then having great features
and a great user experience in Kontact.
