[Kde-pim] Git migration status

Oh well, if Thiago says so, it is probably true, although it is still not 
ideal. But at this point I don't care that much anymore :)

Yes, would be nice if someone can have a look, otherwise we'll go without that 
history.
But isn't that information in the log files as well?

Looking at the KDE SCM mailing list, things seem to have stalled again :(
I think we're mainly ready for the switch, and afterwards we can fix the 
remaining pending stuff like translations. So I think from the PIM point of 
view we're mainly waiting for the rest of KDE at that point.

As I wrote in the last email, this are the outstanding todos:

Again, thank you Torgny for doing the PIM migration so far, without you, we 
would be nowhere.
