One slow and one fast, local-signed by gpg command.  One slow allocated a 
Trust level in kgpg.

I'll try that later today.  On sending the keys to you I didn't experience the 
delay - and I'm fairly sure that yours has had the delay before.  At the 
weekend I updated to 4.4.2 - I'll check those two slow keys again and let you 
know whether they are still slow.
