[Kde-pim] Right-To-Left (RTL) Support in KMail's Compose

I'm already use kmail in a RTL language(Persian), and just use Ctrl+Shift shortcuts to 
change the direction, as well as any other Qt editor!
But I think just one button is enough for it! (If should implement)
