[Kde-pim] Right-To-Left (RTL) Support in KMail's Composer

I would like to see a pluggable control for "html text" in KDE.... IMHO it 
would kick ass if I installed KOffice and I got a super-owsome control... I 
am asking this because the RTL issue has been fixed for Kword control.

Lior, send a patch. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS IN KMAIL, so I can stop using 
thunderbird.
