[Kde-pim] Message tag background colour

Hi

Not being able to set a background colour for message tags had bugged me for 
awhile so I'm having a go at fixing it.

Some code is already there in KMMessageTag, but it doesn't get used by the 
message view.

Is anybody working on this at the moment or is it fair game?
