[Kde-pim] Message tag background colour

Nobody is working on that. I guess this is a regression of the new message 
list.

Code to look at:
StorageModel::initializeMessageItem()
StorageModel::updateMessageItemData()
kmail/messagelistview/themedelegate.cpp

The first two functions should be refactored a bit so that there is less code 
duplication as well, before adding more color stuff there.
