I agree. I'd love to work on this myself, but given my track record of 
not getting any coding done outside of KDE meetings it is unlikely that 
I would finish it before the end of this decade. :-/

We talked about the mail dispatcher agent during this year's Osnabrück 
meeting (in January), but I'm not sure anybody took notes. In two weeks 
there will be another KDE PIM meeting. During this meeting I will try 
to draft a design document for the agent.
