As suggested by krake, I've stopped the server, then removed the
database and restarted the server (because when calling to akonadictl
start it always says to me that it's already running even if it's
not). Now the problem is sorta solved. When I add a new akonadi
resource, the resource's main collection doesn't get added an I get
this kind of error:

 akonadiconsole(22203)/libakonadi
Akonadi::MonitorPrivate::slotCollectionJobFinished: Error on fetching
collection: "Collection 4463370416 does not exist"

But if after adding it I restart akonadi server, it works fine.
