[Kde-pim] Getting rid of profile support in KMail?

Hi,

currently, KMail supports "profiles", which apparently make it possible to
load a set of predefined options.

I want to get rid of them, because:
- It creates code duplication, for some config options profile support was
  even forgotten
- I don't think anybody uses this
- It should be handled in kdelibs/kconfigxt anyway
- KAddressbook and KOrganizer don't have such a thing

Any objections or opinions?

Regards,
Thomas
