[Kde-pim] This is a digitally signed message part

I always wondered why all but above message in the message structure viewer 
were localised. Today I made an attempt to look up the string in the source 
and had a go at it.

I don't know if i18n in this context and at this place is stupid or not, or 
why if so. Just take it as a suggestion.
