Yeah, we probably should have started working on that before the soft feature 
freeze hits us :)

I think this make sense as a starting point.
A selector for collections from which to display items, basically a high level 
filter (source filter).

I remembered that as well, but couldn't find it during a quick search.
The question is whether we want that as a base source and proxy-filter for 
each view, or have one of those for each view and filter before.

Or rely on external filtering through search, probably simulate application 
side if search is not available.

Do we cease old-data development in trunk at some time or do we operate on a 
branch?
