We can argue about "Feed", but I'm not sure if the very generic "news source"
is really more descriptive. Many websites word the feature as "feed", after
all. We already removed all usages of "RSS" to avoid jargon.

Agreed, Check for updates, "Update Feed", "Update News Source" etc. would be
better.

That definitely doesn't scale for a feed reader. It's stops being usable
already for, say, 15 feeds, not to mention 50, 100 or 300 feeds.
And there is the use case where one wants to fetch only one feed, and not all
the other feeds in the list. The pulldown menu both doesn't scale and is
tedious to use.
Even if not in the toolbar, there should be separate action for fetching the
selected feed (and a F5 shortcut).

Is that in trunk? Can't find in the toolbar config.
