[Kde-pim] Notes allows drops

Hi there,

I have finally suscribed to kde-pim, so hey to everybody =)

Attached is a patch for the notes plugin accepting drops on the sidebar. This 
also fixes some strings to translate, so this will go for 4.2.

Testing this, I have found we have a little problem with d&d from the calendar 
part. If you create a calendar event, and then drop it into the to-do plugin, 
you will get a very bad URI, instead of the event information itself.

This can have happened because of changes on the way the part sends its 
information, as well as how the plugin receives it. If you don't see 
inmediatly the problem, I will give it a try these days.
